We are so grateful for Enrique and the entire team at Pets Wonderland! Our dachshund Frankie is reactive, and Enrique has been absolutely amazing with his training. He understands our dog so well and has helped him make incredible progress. The entire team treats him with such care, patience, and consistency that it really shows. He literally dragged us to the door with excitement when we arrived for daycare! It's such a great feeling knowing he feels safe, understood, and loved. We can't recommend Pets Wonderland enough, especially if you have a reactive dog and want a team that truly gets it and cares deeply.

Wonderful staff. Their doggy daycare and pet training is the best. Our dog always comes home happy and tired. The only downside is that now she'd probably rather spend the day at Pets Wonderland than with us 😂😭

Not the best service from one of the staff members unfortunately. I won’t name names but it was so disappointing as the first visit was such a nice experience. Even though I was recommended the wrong products, I was happy to come back and try them out again. I was so happy to have found a local pet store (as I wanted to support a smaller business) Just to be clear, I had great service with the other staff the first time I visited and purchased some things. This second time was a mini demonstration class on how not to interact with a customer (who was going to buy a few more things but totally changed my mind!) The store also stunk extra badly of unwashed dogs but there were no dogs in the store at the time… a little spray of their odour remover products would have helped! Will have to find another pet place to go and won’t be recommending this one sadly.
