This seed is good for budgies, cockatiels and all size cockatoos.

It takes longer for the large cockatoos to eat, so keeps them busy.
The smaller seed have less fat also which is important for Australian native birds as they are prone to obesity and should not be feed sunflower or safflower seeds.
