The KONG Extreme Donut is the same rolling ring shape as the standard Donut, made instead from KONG's black Extreme rubber — the toughest compound they produce, aimed squarely at dogs that destroy ordinary rubber toys. That firmness is also its limitation: a soft-mouthed dog, a senior, or a puppy will find it hard going and will usually be happier with the softer red KONG Donut.
Three sizes: Small/Medium is roughly 8.9 cm across for dogs up to about 16 kg, Medium/Large roughly 12.1 cm for 14–29 kg, and Large/X-Large roughly 15.2 cm for 27–41 kg. KONG suggests sizing up one or two sizes for especially determined chewers.

Care
Wash in warm soapy water and air dry. No rubber toy is chew-proof — inspect it before each session and throw it out once pieces can be torn loose. Supervised play only, and remove all packaging first.
